In carrying out the single game forms in this book (1-10) strong effects already develop in view of the desired automatism under extreme decisive pressure.
The combination game varieties concentrate on the promote decision – perception automatism of the highest decision-making pressure.
Through the skillful collocation and the emphasis of the game forms, different behavior and movement patterns are being demanded and practiced by the players. They prompt the player constantly and as fastest possible to adapt to their movement behavior!
Therefore promotes the sustainable creative training, the training of routine actions also under extreme decision pressure. Arising from this are new whole automatisms (e .g. “one-touch-actions), self-evidently fulfill the game tactic guidelines and this is what it’s about. It reads as if it were really simple – but that is in theory only. In practical training, the players are being properly challenged, perhaps as far as never before in their football Lives.
--------
“The applied chaos exercises are included in training with my players on Monday afternoons. It requires a small warm-up period until the players can implement the exercises by themselves. There are lots of laughs while we coach and correct one another. Players who are ‘cognitively’ more advanced try to take on a leadership role, with the entire session being good fun.
Interestingly, on Tuesday when we do tactical exercises – objective and subjective – more quality is achieved. Other benefits observed by our coaching staff are faster decision-making, more calmness on the ball under pressure situations, as well as improved passing and defending.”
